Rosanne "Rose" Koggie has an extensive career in the Real Estate business in Goodland, KS and the entire Northwest Kansas area. Rose started her career in 1977 and has continued in the business ever since. Rose owned her own Real Estate Company from 1985 to 2001. Rose decided to become a member of the HomeLand Real Estate team in February 2001 and in 2004 the name changed to HomeLand Realty and Auction. In 2019 Rose joined Harrison Realty & Auction. Rose brought with her vast knowledge, expertise and experience in the Real Estate arena. Rose has a background in finance, farming, commercial, and appraisals, so she can offer valuable assistance to buyers and sellers for any type of property. Rose was instrumental in forming the Goodland Board of Realtors and the Goodland Multiple Listing Service in 1985 and has served in all executive positions on the Goodland Board of Realtors.
